This Sunday, December 10, the man in red, Santa Claus, will be coming to Alcona for the annual Santa Claus Parade. Dear editor, Yujo Martial Arts students will be collecting food for the food bank as they walk beside their float in the Alcona Santa Claus Parade on Sunday, December 10th. The parade starts at 2pm. On Friday, December 1st, the annual Kid's Day was held at "Just Because". This yearly event was initiated by owner Lynn Dollin to give children the opportunity to buy that special gift as a surprise for loved ones.
