Summer Day Camp at the Simcoe County Museum

The Simcoe County Museum is again offering Summer Day Camps for children ages 6 to 12. Beginning the week of July 10th, children are invited to join us for the Hats off to the Past, and the Lazy Days of Summer.

In Hats off to the Past, campers will discover the stories of Simcoe County through the magic of hats. Each day, a new (old) hat will take us back to a different era to explore the fascinating people and happenings of times past.

During the Lazy Days of Summer, fun is the objective as we partake in many of our favourite summer activities. Campers will have a week filled with good old fashioned summer fun and games, as they enjoy the lazy, crazy days of summer!

Hats off to the Past will occur during the weeks of July 10, 24 and August 8. Lazy Days of Summer will occur during the weeks of July 17, 31 and August 14. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. The cost per week is $125 ($110 for museum members).

For more information, please visit our website at www.county.simcoe.on.ca or phone the museum at (705) 728-3721.
