OSCAAR Outlaws set to show off their golf skills on June 28th The OSCAAR Outlaws will demonstrate their extraordinary golf skills...or maybe their lack thereof, at Simcoe Shores Golf & Country Club (www.simcoeshoresgolf.com) on Wednesday June 28th, in support of the Peterborough chapter of the Big Brothers Big Sisters association. OSCAAR's Annual Charity Golf Tournament now in its third year, has successfully proven itself to be a day of fun, friendship and charity! Since the birth of the tournament in 2004, the number of players has steadily increased along with the corporate sponsorship support! "Our annual tournament is an excellent example of OSCAAR's commitment and dedication to building a solid organization as the top racing series in Ontario, and its priority of giving back to the communities that support OSCAAR events," explained OSCAAR President Kim Mahony. "I strongly encourage everyone to come out and join us in support of a worthy cause, and a guarantee for a fun day," she added. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peterborough (www.bigbrothers andsistersofptbo.com) is an organization dedicated to helping in the development of children growing up in primarily loneparent families. There are over 1 million children in Canada who live with one parent. Many of these children would like another adult in their lives and Big Brothers and Big Sisters provides this service through their many enjoyable programs. OSCAAR's 3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament is open to everyone...expertise in the game of golf not required! We are still accepting hole sponsors or prizes. Everyone is welcome to participate! Simcoe Shores Golf & Country Club is located at Hwy 48 North to Brock Rd 17 North to Thorah Conc. 3, Beaverton, ON It is a 10:00 a.m. Shotgun Start and the cost is $90.00 per person, which includes green fees, golf cart, lunch & steak dinner.
