     Stefan Krzeczunowicz of Hemson Consulting Ltd. provided council with a Building Permit Fee's Review on Wednesday night. His finding shows that if the Town continues with its current rates, the Town's services could exceed its revenue by 87.76% between 2006 and 2010.
