TAKE NOTICE that the Voters List for the Town of Innisfil will be available for public inspection at the Clerk's Office, Administration Centre, 2147 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil, ON and various Town libraries during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, commencing Friday, September 1, 2006. All electors should examine the Voters List to ensure their name and relevant information is correct. The list is available for inspection on the Town's website at www.innisifl.ca or at the following locations: Municipal Administration Centre, 2147 Innisfil Beach Road (705) 436-3710 - 8:30 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m.

Applications for addition or correction to and deletions from the Voters List are available from the Clerk's Office or available from the Town's website at www.innisfil.ca. Applications for additions, corrections or deletions to the Voter List (Form EL15) will be received at the Clerk's Office during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday) from Tuesday, September 5, 2006 to and including Monday, November 13, 2006. The last day to file an Application for Removal of Another Persons Name (Form EL16) is Friday, September 29, 2006.

Pursuant to Section 44 of the Municipal Elections Act, a person shall not appoint a voting proxy for the election until the time for withdrawal of nomination has expired for all offices for which the election is conducted. The first possible date for Applications for Proxy Voting are available from the Clerk's Office is Tuesday, October 2, 2006 unless additional nominations are required. The voting proxy form will be posted on the Town's website effective Monday, October 2, 2006. The last day for making application for the Clerk of the Town of Innisfil for a Certificate to Vote by Proxy is Monday, November 13, 2006 at 4:30 p.m. Proxies may be certified during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) in the Clerk's Office, 2147 Innisfil Beach Road, up to 4:30 p.m., November 13, 2006. Proxies will also be certified in the Clerk's Office, 2147 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil, ON on November 4, 5 and 11, 2006 from noon until 5:00 p.m.
