New garbage and recycling collection dates started October 2nd

The County of Simcoe's Environmental Services Division has announced changes to residential garbage and recycling collection schedules as well as new curb side garbage collection service taking effect the week of October 1 st, 2006.

County staff have held Open Houses throughout August and September in the affected areas in order to share the new changes with local residents as well as providing flyers to all residents through newspaper inserts, bulk mail-outs, utility bill inserts and a newspaper advertising campaign.

Collection day changes effective week of October 1st for the Town of Innisfil - Monday, Tuesday Township of Essa - Friday Recycling changes effective week of October 1 st : Town of Innisfil will have weekly collections.
