After a 36 year absence Banner comes back to the Stroud Curling Club

Members of the 1970 team of skip Bob Denney, vice John Smurthwaite, second Scottie Kell and lead Roy Bridge won the Ontario Curling Association Provincial Colts Men's Curling Championship. In 2006, the feat was again repeated after many years of qualifying. The team of skip Andrew Thompson, vice Chris Wimmer, second Dave Thompson and lead Jeff Gilbert again won the Ontario Curling Association Provincial Colts Men's Curling Championship in April 2006 at the Gananoque Curling Club.
