Bogdan PIETRUCHA, age 43 of Bradford was charged with Impaired driving and over 80mgs. He entered a guilty plea to over 80 mgs, received $900. fine and 1 year driving prohibition. The impaired charge was withdrawn.

Charles PIPER, age 46 of Brampton, was charged with uttering threats. The criminal charge was withdrawn, and he was entered into a 1 year peace bond.

Daniel WELLS, age 20 of Innisfil, was charged with fail to appear and theft over $5000. He entered a guilty plea to fail to appear and received 3 days time served and a $300. fine. He plead not guilty to theft over $5000 but plead guilty to the lesser charge of taking an automobile without consent. He received a suspended sentence, and 1 year of probation.

Jacob LONSDALE, age 22 of Bradford was charged with robbery, threatening death, and breaching probation.

He plead guilty to all counts and received concurrent on all counts 1 day custody with 89 days pretrial custody, three years probation and a firearms prohibition for life.

David GRAHAM, age 23 of Bradford, charged with impaired care and control and impaired over 80 mgs plead guilty to care and control. He received a $1000 fine, one year driving prohibition. The over 80 mgs charge was withdrawn.
