Who knew pie could be this good?

Students and staff at Alcona Glen celebrated their magazine fundraiser finale last Friday. The students raised over $15,000 which will be put towards a much needed sound system for the gymnasium. Staff squared off to see who would get a pie in the face and the top sellers from the primary grades were allowed to throw the pie in their teachers face!!

There was also a draw for some great prizes, including a 5lb chocolate bar, phone alarm clock, and a TV/DVD combo, for any student who participated in the fundraiser. Way to go Alcona Glen!!
