18 year old male charged with Arson

On November 4th at approximately 5:50 am, members from the Nottawasaga OPP and the Essa Township Fire Department were called to 3rd Street in Angus in regards to a fire of a shed fully engulfed in flames.

The involved shed and its' contents were completely destroyed and the fire caused damage to two residence within the immediate area. The immediate and surrounding dwellings were evacuated as a safety precaution while the fire was being extinguished.

On November 5th, members of the Nottawasaga OPP arrested and charged 18 year old Donovan Winch with Arson. The accused was released from custody and scheduled to appear in court on December 14th to answer to the charge.
