Commercial motor vehicle operator arrested for impaired driving

A Toronto man is charged with impaired driving after motorists report what appeared to be a tractor trailer being operated erratically on Hwy 400 late Monday night. OPP officers located the fully loaded tractor

trailer travelling Northbound near Essa Road in Barrie around 11pm Monday night. The driver, a 38 year old Toronto man, is facing charges of Impaired Driving Over 80 mgs.
