Sudden death

On Friday, December 1st, officers from the Nottawasaga OPP attended an Essa Township residence on the 25th Side Road in regards to a male in medical distress.

Police, fire and ambulance attended the residence with paramedics subsequently

taking the 45 year old male party to the RVH in Barrie where he was later pronounced dead. A Coroner's investigation into the cause of death is currently underway.
