Detective Constable Lou DaSilva showed off one of the two new vehicles now being used for traffic enforcement by the South Simcoe Police. The SSP now have two Dodge Chargers in their possession which will be used for traffic enforcement purposes. These new vehicles, equipped with hemi engines , will provide our force with a lot more power when catching speeders and unsafe drivers on the road. The force is equipped with mostly Ford vehicles as Dodge was phased out for enforcement vehicles in the early 90's. These two new cars are outfitted with all the standard features as the other traffic enforcement vehicles.
