Winter Camp Days at Simcoe County Museum

The Simcoe County Museum is pleased to offer Winter day camps on Jan. 19th and Feb. 16th. Each camp day is filled with exciting games, crafts and activities. Children ages 6 to 12 are invited to sign up for one or both days.

On Jan. 19th, it's Famous Firsts! Campers will spend the day discovering the famous (and not so famous) firsts of our past. What do the Northwest Passage, Emily Carr, Inukshuks and Joe Schuster have in common? Be sure to come today so you can be the first to know!

On Feb. 16th, we become Science Maniacs! Play DNA Ladders and the Molecule game. Make sparks with a lightning monster and experience the power of kinetic energy on our giant toboggan hill!

The cost for our Winter Day Camp is $26 per day ($23 for museum members) and activities run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Extended care hours are available for an additional $5 per day.

For more information, or to register for camp, contact the Simcoe County Museum (705) 728-3721 or education@county.simcoe.o n.ca
