Colonel Stewart Moore, Base Commander for Canadian Forces Base Borden proudly presented United Way of Greater Simcoe County with a gift of $49,755.20 raised through a number of special events and employee gifts. This year's gift represents a 16% increase from the last campaign and is the largest employee campaign in our region. In addition to the monies raised, CFB Borden also contributed a $7,732 in-kind donation in support of United Way's annual Corporate Commando Challenge. United Way of Greater Simcoe County touches 1 in 3 people across Greater Simcoe County.
