High school campaign raises awareness of smokeless tobacco
      Picture this: It's biology, math, chemistry or any other class in our local high schools and in front of you sits a new generation of tobacco users - only now thanks to the tobacco industry they are addicted to smokeless tobacco.

      Innisdale School had their Outbound Club winter outing at Wye Marsh. The kids raised $100.00 for JJ the trumpeter swan. Renee, the swan co-ordinator, accepts the check from the kids. In return, the marsh gave the kids a certificate of appreciation for their efforts. Job well done.

Innisfil student goes far with speech on Forensic Science
      The following is a speech written and performed by Lauren Singh of Innisfil central Public School. She received 98% on her speech and is moving onto further competitions. Her speech is on Forensic Science. On the night of December 7, 1982, Debbie Carter, a 21 year old cocktail waitress wa working at the Coachlight Bar in Ada, Oklahoma, serving drinks and watching the clock.
