Winterhawks show what sportsmanship is made of

The South Simcoe Police Novice AE Winterhawks taught the community a real lesson in sportsmanship last weekend when they donated $100.00 worth of proceeds from a team fundraising bottle drive to a fellow novice hockey player. The team wanted to do what they could to help out a player from the Richmond Hill Kings Novice AE team who is facing a courageous battle with a brain tumor. The boys would like to thank all the community members who helped support their bottle drive, and challenge the community to meet their efforts with donations to this very worthy cause.
