Canada needs to amend existing legislation for disabled persons to live with dignity

Canada needs to amend the following existing legislation to enable disabled persons to live with dignity.

1. Amend the Guaranteed Income Supplement to include disabled persons.

2. Make these GIS monies exempt from being clawed back by the provinces.

3. Amend the Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits so that the provinces cannot claw them back.

If you believe that this needs to be done, please email the Prime Minister at Harper.S@parl.gc.ca or write c/o Office of the Prime Minister, 80 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0A2.

Thank you in advance for your time and help. Remember that every letter is worth 1,000 voter's opinions.

Yours truly, S. Malott
