Romeo & Juliet - a one woman performance

Cookstown United Church is the scene for a riveting performance of Romeo & Juliet on Saturday night.

The New Tecumseth & Area Arts Council is staging the benefit performance starring Clayton Scott, a Toronto musician and story teller, who will provide a rich appreciation of both Shakespeare's play and Prokofiev's music.

Admission is $20 with students at $10 and all net proceeds go to the Arts Council "Festival of the Arts".

The show is at 7:30 p.m. at 37 Queen St. in Cookstown (Hwy. 89 just west of 27).
