RVH MASH Bash February 16th

Royal Victoria Hospital's annual Mash Bash ski day is fast approaching. The event, to be held February 16th at Snow Valley is the 20th anniversary of the most unique ski day in the area.

Recently, event organizers and sponsors gathered at Base Borden to gear up for the event.

Lift ticket for the day (valid 9 a.m.- 10 p.m.) are $20 - with Snow Valley season pass holders and military personnel in uniform paying only $5. On-hill events such as the Bed Pan Race; Stretcher Races; Bomb Burst and Grenade Launch run 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. There is also a live outdoor concert by Rustic Motif, entertainment by DooDoo the Clown, prize giveaways, an online auction (www.mashbash.ca) and more.

All proceeds from the event will support the Simcoe- Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre.

This year, participants are encouraged to WEAR RED to support our troops overseas.
