What happens to the money paid in advance? Any money paid is protected by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation. Federal and provincial regulations state that when pre-payment is made, a contract is provided and a trust established.

What can be arranged? All professional services and merchandise supplied directly by the funeral home can be prearranged and pre-paid. This includes items like the funeral service, limousines, caskets, urns and vaults.
