Essa backs Adjala-Tos on hospital audit

Essa township has given its support to a motion from Adjala-Tosorontio which calls for a provincial audit into Stevenson Memorial Hospital's finances, operation and governance.

Council decided at its last meeting to defer voting on the motion which was passed by Adjala-Tosorontio council at its December 7 meeting.

The motion was reintroduced last week and was passed unanimously and without comment.
