Free quit smoking help

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in partnership with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is offering a free 3-hour STOP Smoking Workshop and free nicotine replacement therapies - the patch, gum or inhaler - for a 10-week period for eligible, daily smokers, 18 and older.

A maximum of 50 participants will be accepted per workshop.

Pre-registration and eligibility screening is mandatory.

Workshops will be held: March 26 in Bradford, Alliston and Innisfil
