You can now check out audio books without leaving home. Whether you're looking for children's books, bestselling novels, self-help or language instruction, you'll find it all online at librariesonthego. library.on.ca.

No time to read? Then listen to your favourite books while on the go. Listen to a book in the car, while working out or on the beach; and they're an invaluable aid to learning a new language. Audio books can even be used to help children improve reading skills when paired with the book. As a member of Libraries on the Go, Innisfil Public Library is proud to offer downloadable audio books. The books can be listened to on a computer or transferred to an MP3 Player or PDA. All for free! To get started, visit the library's site and click on "Audio Book Downloads".

An open house will be held at all four library branches on Wednesday, March 21st from 1 - 3 pm. There will be ongoing demonstrations of the audio books and the opportunity to ask questions.
