RVH gets your motor running with car lottery

Royal Victoria Hospital is all revved up with its Win a 2007 Honda Pilot lottery launched on April 5th. One hundred per cent of all ticket sales will support the RVH Expansion which includes the Simcoe-Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre.

The Honda Pilot, valued at more than $49,000, was generously donated by Honda of Canada Mfg. as part of their gift to the hospital's expansion project. The draw for the Honda Pilot will take place on June 3rd at RVH's annual Crystal Classic Gala.

"We recognize the importance of the RVH expansion for the community and are pleased to be able to support it," said HCM Vice-President Administration Joe Sperduti. "We sincerely hope that our donation provides a good vehicle to support the fundraising initiatives for this venture."

Tickets are $50 each and available by calling the RVH Foundation office at 705-739-5600. Cash or credit card sales only. Only 3000 tickets will be sold.

"This is a tremendous opportunity for RVH to get even closer to our fundraising goal for our much needed expansion project. Without the support of Honda of Canada Mfg., however, this would not be at all possible," remarks Gary Nadalin, Executive Director of the RVH Foundation. "Partnerships, like the one we have with Honda, are what make this a truly caring community and will indeed help us bring care closer to home."
