Guest Road, not Big Bay Point, resident Dear Editor, Premier McGuinty & Minister Garresten In reply to: Ira T. Kagans letter in your paper, the Innisfil Scope May 2nd, 2007 edition. I have lived in Innisfil and particularly off of Guest Road. Guest Road is close to the Big Bay Point area, however, never once did I consider myself a resident of Big Bay Point. I have now moved to Sandy Cove Acres. Sandy Cove Acres is not by any stretch of the imagination Big Bay Point. How Mr. Kagan can say he represents the largest ratepayers group on Big Bay Point and that his clients are residents of Big Bay Point is confusing. Why would one say this? I understand that Mr. Kagan is one of the lawyers who represented many of the DEVELOPERS in the Oak Ridge Moraine issues. I am very sure he understands planning issues well and he should know where his clients reside. Perhaps the misunderstanding comes from his clients, I am sure everyone from the Sandy Cove Home Owners Association and the Residents of Innisfil Association know were they live. I am really not to sure why Mr. Kagan is representing Sandy Cove in these issues. I had understood when I moved to Sandy Cove that the homeowners association is in place to deal with matters specific to Sandy Cove. Why are they involved in such a large OMB trial? Sincerely, E.
