General meeting held for Tec We Gwill W.I.

The Annual General Meeting was held on Monday, April 23d, at the Tec We Gwill Hall in Newton Robinson.

The Roll Call was answered by giving the volunteer hours and paying the membership fee. The minutes of the last meeting and a newsletter from the Museum on the Boyne were read.

The resolution for Rebate for Vehicles Purchased to Transport Persons with Permanent Physical Disabilities was moved and carried by 22 members of the Tec We Gwill W.I.

Nominating Committee Chair Bonnie West called on Maureen Couture to hold election and the installation of new officers.

Dates to remember: May 4 - Ham Supper at Tec We Gwill Hall, Shower for Karrie Dundas at Richard and Sheila Bell's home; May 16 - District Annual Meeting at Tec We Gwill Hall. May 27 - Community Shower for Carolyn West at Tec We Gwill Hall 2-4 p.m. All welcome. Friday, June 15 - Walk-a- Thon for Camp Quality, starting at 10 a.m from the Tec We Gwill Hall.
