Time for a bear hug

Bradley's Flowers, located in the Crossroads Plaza in Alcona, gave away two bears on the weekend. Frank Lovejoy (at left) entered a contest in which he won a big stuffed blue bear. He said the bear will be going to his young niece. (top photo) Florist Susan Bradley donated a big white fuzzy bear to Rina Spinks of RVH. Spinks said the bear will be a part of RVH's Annual Teddy Bear Hospital, in which kids can bring their stuffed friends to RVH for a little TLC. photos by Michelle Minnoch
