Why do you want your name on a seat in the new rec centre? Why do you want to name it for a loved one?

The Scope has partnered up with some great community leaders for an essay competition, in which the chosen entries will get a chance to name a seat. There are seven seats available to win.

Who can participate?

The contest is broken down into three grade categories; grades 2 - 4, grades 5 and 6, grades 7 and 8.

Where do I send/drop off my essay?

Essays can be emailed to arenaseats@ hotmail.com or they can be dropped off at your local branch of the Innisfil Public Library, or at The Scope drop box at the Foodland in Stroud.

When does it end?

The deadline for your essay is May 31st. A picture of the contest winners will be published in The Scope.

There are five judges from various areas of the town who will be deciding on the winner based on certain criteria. The judges have been selected from all over the municipality to represent Innisfil as best as possible.
