A winning team - The Alcona Glen Jr. Girls basketball team went undefeated all season, winning the Innisfil regionals and then becoming finalists in the first Barrie City Championships. They lost a tough game to St. Catherine of Sienna 38-34 in the finals but played well as a team and showed that hard work can pay off.
