Killarney Beach Public School has been an important fixture in the community for over thirty years. Families and students have enjoyed the playgrounds and equipment throughout the seasons.

We are very excited about the addition of a new walking path at the school. This walking path will meander around the perimeter of the schoolyard and it will be covered with a layer of wood chips.

In keeping with the Ministry of Educations mandate of increased physical fitness we are looking forward to having another way for our students and the community to get out and exercise.

The Simcoe County Board of Education is behind this endeavor and will be responsible for the installation of the path in the spring.

The Killarney Beach School Council, parents, students and teachers will be working on our first dinner and auction to raise money for enhancements to add to our path.

Our goal is to raise $10,000.00 to $20,000.00 for the purchase of trees, plaques, benches and equipment along our path.
