Alliston man killed in Innisfil

Peter Krul, 34 of Alliston, died in a single vehicle accident in Innisfil on Saturday.

This accident is still under investigation by the South Simcoe Police Traffic Investigation Unit.

On Saturday at 7:35 p.m., South Simcoe Police responded to a single motor vehicle accident on Concession Road 6 west of County Road 4 in Innisfil. A passenger van was travelling westbound on Concession Road 6 when it lost control and entered the north side ditch. The van struck a hydro pole causing the van to roll over.

The male driver of the van was transported to RVH in Barrie where he succumbed to his injuries. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.
