Boy/bus collision still under investigation

Owen Robinson, 8 years old of Cookstown was the victim of a pedestrian collision just north of Cookstown.

His condition has improved but Owen still remains in the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. This collision is still under investigation by the South Simcoe Police Service.

The South Simcoe Police Service Traffic Unit received information that the 8 year old boy was stuck in this collision on Wednesday, May 30 while crossing the street in front of the bus. The driver was pulled over onto the side of the road and the red lights were not flashing at the time.. This collision is still under investigation.
