Calling all kids with bikes!

Mark your Calendars as the Canada Day will be held on June 30th at the Branch.

Decorate your bike and ride with the rest of the entrants in the Canada Day Celebration. You might be a lucky winner!

The Parade will commence at 2:00 sharp from Pine St. and end at the Legion on Robinson St.

The concrete has been poured around the base of the Cenotaph and stamped so it looks like interlock, come check it out.

There has been back fill put in around the concrete and asphalt. We will keep you updated as progress is made.

Come to the Branch for some fun times with Horseshoes on Monday evenings at 7:00 pm. Any questions contact Donny Wambolt @ 456-1176.

We had four members representing Branch 547 at the Zone Golf Tournament on Saturday and they were: Jim Clark, Art Enwright, Clem Cugliara and Donny Wambolt.

Art Enwright and Clem Cugliara came in 1st. and won Zone Champion and therefore next year our Branch will host the Zone Golf Tournament.

This is a FIRST for our Branch.

Congratulations to them all!

Ladies Auxiliary Garage Sale has been postponed until September 8th. More as time draws near.

There are Meat Draws every Saturday afternoon and you should come out, buy a ticket or two, participate.

You could be the lucky winner of an excellent cut of meat for your Dinner. There are four chances to win each week.

Euchre is held every Thursday afternoon, starting at 1:00pm.

Come on out and join in the fun.

Don't forget there are goodies served after you finish playing.

Legion Hours are: Fridays & Saturdays 2 - 7pm and

Sundays 1 - 5 pm.

Hall Rentals are available.

We have more than one room available so consider us the next time you need a Hall for that Special Event. The Price is Right.

With the rental a Smart Serve Bartender is provided and you do not need a liquor licence.

We also have a DJ available upon request.
