IMAC Show this weekend

The Scale Aerobatic Nationals will be held at the RC400 club this weekend in Cookstown on the 5th Side Road, just south of Highway 89.

The event that is scheduled for Aug 17, 18, and 19th 2007.

Organizers are anticipating anywhere between 50-70 pilots.

There are also commitments from some top pilots across Canada who are planning to attend. (Ivan Kristensen, Steve Dionne, Dennis Plante, and Mike Clemmens).

Schedule of events:

Monday Aug. 13- Thursday Aug 16: This will be set up days and practice days for pilots who want to make use of the field prior to the contest.

Friday Aug 17: This will be the first day of competition, and all "known" rounds will be flown.

Sat Aug 18: More IMAC flying "known and unknowns" and at noon, with a freestyle competition that will allow the pilots to put on a show for the crowd. This should be a real crowd pleaser with the caliber of flyers in attendance.

Sun Aug 19: The finals in IMAC will be flown.

Finals for the freestyle (noon time) and awards/prizes will be presented to the flyers.
