Change of time, location for some September council meetings

As September rolls, in, council has a busy schedule and there are some changes of times and venues for some of their meetings.

On Wednesday, September 5th, a Public Meeting will commence at 6pm to deal with the Alcona Downs Property. The meeting was originally scheduled for September 13th, but that conflicted with a religious holiday. Please note that council will be attending to their regular business immediately following the Public Meeting.

A special Committee of the Whole meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 12th to address the over-sized vehicle issue. This is not a public meeting, but a meeting to receive the report. Due to the high interest in the issue, the meeting will be held at the Stroud Banquet Hall, commencing at 7:15 pm.
