Essa Salmon Festival this weekend

Essa Township once again will be holding its annual Salmon Festival this weekend.

The event will start at 6 a.m. Saturday morning and the award winners will be made at 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the Nottawasaga Fishing Park just outside of Angus along Highway 90.

This year's top prize for the largest Salmon will be $3,000 with second prize of $500 and $100 for third prize.
