Received a 1 year probation - conditional discharge. 10 year weapons prohibition. •Jimi KENNY, Bradford, 27 years Charged with Breach of probation. Guilty plea. Received 90 days custody. •Luis ROLO, Bradford, 38 years Charged with Mischief. Entered into a 12 month peace bond. Criminal charge withdrawn. September 13, 07 •Jamie BEASLEY, King City, 49 years Charged with Fail to give breath sample. Plead not guilty but guilty to Careless driving. Received a $500. fine Residential Break and Enter The South Simcoe Police Service is investigating a residential break in to a Bradford residence that occurred sometime during the day on September 11, 2007 between the hours of 8:15 am. and 6:15 pm. Entry was gained to the residence through a basement window, and a quantity of jewelry and electronic equipment were stolen. Warrant Executed On Tuesday September 11, 2007 police investigated a male who was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on a residential street in Bradford. Investigation revealed that the male was wanted by the South Simcoe Police on an outstanding warrant for Breach of Probation. The accused, a 27 year old Bradford resident, was arrested and held in custody for a bail hearing the following day. Domestic Dispute On Tuesday September 11, 2007 police responded to an Innisfil address for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a married, but separated, male and female had been arguing over conflicting plans for the upcoming weekend. The argument turned heated and both parties assaulted each other. Officers were unable to determine who assaulted the other first. As a result, they were both arrested. A 51 year old male and a 46 year old female, both from Innisfil, were charged with assault and released from custody. They will be living separately and will appear in Bradford court. |
