ABA hosts annual sale

      This past Saturday, the Alcona Business Association (ABA) held their second annual garage sale at the Crossroads plaza in Alcona. Parking spots at the plaza were sold for $25, with the proceeds benefitting the ABA. The event ran from 9 until 1, and was met with great success.

Innisfil Lions give back to the community

      Tuesday evening, the Innisfil Lions Club donated a portion of their Monday Night Bingo proceeds to four local non-profit groups. Each of the groups were presented with a cheque for $750 by the Innisfil Lions Club president, Steve Haskin, in a ceremony preceding their regular meeting.
