      Simcoe county councillors have given provisional approval to continuing a program which will fund reforestation on privately owned properties which contains environmentally sensitive lands. Members of the Corporate Services committee voted last week to continue the program in 2008.

      Last week., members of the Nottawasaga OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision on County Road 56 at the 25th Side Road of Essa Twp. Police learned that a vehicle, a Dodge truck was being driven west on the 25th Side Road and stopped at the intersection of County Road 56 for a stop sign.
