Frank COTA, No fixed address, 22 years old

Charges: Fail to comply with probation, assault with weapon, obstruct Justice, possession under, breach of Probation (two counts).

Guilty plea to first charge and received time served, for 60 days of pretrial custody.

Guilty plea to second charge and received a suspended sentence of 12 months probation, 10 year weapons prohibition and 118 days pretrial custody considered. Other charges were withdrawn.

Mark COTA, Bradford, 25 years old

Charges: Obstruct Justice, fail to appear.

Entered into 12 month peace bond. Criminal charges were withdrawn.

Robert MILLER, No fixed address, 26 years old

Charges: Mischief under, obstruct justice, uttering threats, assault police.

Guilty plea to first and fourth charges. Received a Suspended sentence of 12

months probation, a 10 year weapons prohibition and 215 days of time served.

Concurrent on each charge. Other charges withdrawn.

Bradford Oct. 11 Andre CRAMER, Innisfil, 47 years old

Charged with possessing a prohibited weapon. Diversion completed. Criminal charge stayed.

Adam DELUCA, Bradford, 23 years old

Charged with breach of recognizance. Diversion completed. Criminal charge stayed.

Antonio MORAIS, Bradford, 44 years old

Charges: Break and enter with intent, trespass at night.

Pled not guilty to first charge, but guilty to related offense of unlawfully in a dwelling house. Received a $700 fine, 18 months probation and a two year firearms prohibition. Other charge withdrawn.

Daryl VERNOR, Tottenham, 20 years old

Charged with two counts of fail to comply. Guilty pleas to both counts. Received a suspended sentence of 12 months probation with 18 days pretrial custody considered.

Concurrent on each count.

Darcy LUCAS, Barrie, 37 years

Charges: Impaired, refuse and mischief to property. Guilty plea to first charge. Received a $2000 fine, 12 month probation and a one year driving prohibition.
