Bradford Oct. 16

Craig FAWCETT, Bradford, 26 years old. Charged with two counts of uttering threats. Guilty plea to both counts. Received a suspended sentence, 18 months probation, 18 months firearms

prohibition. Concurrent on each count.

Bradford Oct. 18

Tyler BAKER, Bradford, 20 years old. Charged with Possession under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act. Diversion completed, criminal charge stayed.

Tammy BALDWIN, No fixed address, 29 years old. Charged with three counts of breach of probation, and three counts of possession. Pled guilty to one count of the first charge. Received one day of custody with 30 days pretrial custody considered. Pled guilty to one count of the second charge. Received one day custody with 23 days pretrial custody considered.

All other counts were withdrawn.

Robin BOTT, No fixed address, 60 years old. Charged with dangerous driving, breach of probation. Guilty plea to first charge, received one day custody with 55 days pretrial custody considered. Given one year probation and one year driving prohibition. Guilty plea to second charge. Received one day custody with 55 days pretrial custody considered, one year probation.

Trent DORION, No fixed address, 29 years old. Charged with breach of conditional sentence. Received eight months custody.

Vincent GALE, Innisfil, 20 years old. Charged with two counts of assault, two counts of threats. Entered into a 12 month peace bond, and criminal charges were withdrawn.

Virgilio GREGO, Bradford, 56 years old. Charged with two counts of uttering threats. Entered into a 12 month peace bond, and criminal charge was withdrawn.

Michael JOHNSON, Mississauga, 25 years old. Charged with theft under and possession under, and uttering forged document. Diversion completed, criminal charges stayed.

Tammy ZACHARIAH, Barrie, 33 years old. Charged with possession. Diversion completed, criminal charge withdrawn.
