Development meeting planned

Innisfil council will host a public meeting, regarding a recently completed Development Charge background study, Nov. 28 at 6:30 p.m.

The meeting will include discussion on the update of the town's water, wastewater and roads related development charge rates and policies. Development charges are levied against new construction projects, and are a main source of funding for growth-related town infrastructure projects like roads, libraries and fire and police services. Copies of the study, related reports and the proposed new development charge bylaw are available through the clerks department. For more information, call 436-3710.
