Royal Winter Fair Horse Show starts Friday The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Truly, a show like no other. No theatre can offer more outstanding live action. No cinema can be as interactive and involving. No classroom can match the magic of hands-on learning. Nothing compares with the multiple layers of sight, sound, smell and taste that make up The Royal Experience. It's a part of Canadian tradition. It's the place where entertainment meets education. Where the thrill of competition meets the pride of accomplishment. Where the country shows the city a thing or two. It's the largest indoor combined agricultural, horticultural, canine and equestrian event in the world. It's the show that puts November on the calendar, Toronto on the map, and Canada on the world stage. It's the one and only Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. It's back for its biggest year ever. And it's all yours. The Royal Horse Show consists of ten full days of equestrian talent and competition. Visitors to The Royal can watch competitions taking place in the Ricoh Coliseum daily, witness coaching and warmup drills in the Horse Palace ring, or take a leisurely stroll for a glimpse at preparation behind the scenes in the Horse Barns. There are 11 exciting and different reserved seat Royal Horse Show performances. A Horse Show ticket also includes full General Admission which represents excellent value for a full day at The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Horse Show tickets are available for on-line purchase. Don't miss the exciting feature attraction that returns for 2007. The cowboys of the East challenge the cowboys of the West in the Toyota Dealers Royal Rodeo. Barrel racing, bronc busting and the toughest sport in the world, bull riding. Put on your wildwest best and mosey on down to the Toyota Dealers Royal Rodeo. The Iams SuperDogs were a huge hit with last year's fair-goers, and in particular children who loved the non-stop, highenergy show. The stars of the show - Tad, Treasure, Slider, Sprint and Pot Roast - plus 40 other canines will return to this year's Royal to bow-WOW fair-goers with their antics and athletic feats. Audiences will thrill to watch them race around, up and over obstacles; launch themselves over high barriers; and even sing and dance; working as a team to put on a stellar performance. The Show runs from Friday, Nov. 2 to Sunday, Nov. 11 at the Direct Energy Centre. You can also order Royal Horse Show tickets by calling Ticketmaster at: 416- 872-7777. |
