Drugs and mischief guilty pleas in Bradford court

Denis BANMAN, Pickering, 38 years old, charged with mischief. Guilty plea.

Received 12 months probation,- conditional discharge and a five year weapons prohibition.

Lawrence BOND, Innisfil, 43 years old, charged with possession under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Guilty plea.

Received 12 months probation and a suspended sentence.

Marcio FRESCO, Bradford, 21 years old, charged with dangerous driving. Plead not guilty, but guilty to added careless driving offence. Received a $550 fine.

Wayne OSBORNE, Innisfil, 37 years old, charged with impaired care or control, over 80 milligrams, and fail to appear.

Guilty plea to second charge Received a $1,000 fine and a one year driving prohibition. Guilty plea to third charge.

Received a $300 fine with two days pretrial custody considered. Charge one was withdrawn.

Michelle SMART, Bradford, 18 years old, charged with assault. Entered into a one year peace bond. Criminal charge withdrawn.

John STRACHAN, Innisfil, 19 years old, charged with two counts of possession of stolen property. Guilty plea to one count.

Received 12 months probation conditional discharge. The second charge was withdrawn.
