Brian & Shelley Voelker (Welsh) are thrilled to announce the arrival of Blake Malcolm Voelker. Born on Oct. 5th/07 in Edmonton, Alberta. Baby brother to Victoria & Jessica weighed in at 8 lbs 4.5 oz and was 20.5 inches long. Proud Grandparents are Harry & Grace Welsh of Innisfil and Robert & Betty Voelker of Edmonton. Special thanks to Dr. Hoskins & crew. Mom, Dad, ecstatic big sisters & dog Emma are all doing fine and love their new addition!!
