Fatal crash still under investigation

Aurora OPP are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred in the southbound lanes of Highway 400 last week.

The incident occurred just south of Highway 89 in Bradford West Gwillimbury Nov. 14.

At about 1:30 p.m., police shut down the 400 to investigate a collision involving a straight truck and a Dodge Caravan.

The driver of the Caravan, 50-year-old Shek Wai Wu of Richmond Hill, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing, with the assistance of the OPP Traffic Support Unit.
