Glen girls bounce competition

Alcona Glen Elementary School's intermediate girls basketball team remains undefeated as they won the WNBA division of the prestigious Orillia Blackball tournament last weekend.

The Blackball tournament consisted of 24 teams from across Simcoe County, divided into three divisions - WNBA (competitive), NCAA (developmental) and CIS (recreational).

Alcona Glen won all five games giving them the title. The team is now getting ready for their zones being held at Alcona Glen today.
