Storm pounds region

A cube van drives slowly along County Road 27 Monday afternoon. Several centimetres of snow and freezing rain have fallen in the region over the last few days, causing hundreds of vehicle collisions and the cancellation of school buses Monday and Tuesday. A town meeting on the Westmount Avenue reconstruction project was postponed. Residents will be advised of the recheduled meeting date.
