Multiple birth prenatal information session planned

A multiple births prenatal information session will be held at the Zehrs supermarket on Dec. 8 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The event is hosted by the Barrie Parents of Twins and More

The session is the perfect opportunity to learn everything you need to know to have a healthy multiple births pregnancy - from nutrition to rest, what to ask the doctor and the items that should be brought to the hospital.

Members will be available to answer questions. The presentation will be given by parents of multiples who have been in similar situations.
